Michael P. and Mary Ann (Adamcek) Grandinetta, mourn the loss of their infant daughter, Abigail Grace, who passed away just hours after her birth on July 1, 2010 in Inova Hospital, Falls Church, VA.
Abigail not only leaves her beloved parents, but also her twin sister, Isabelle Julia; grandparents, Kathy Grandinetta and Julie and Michael Adamcek; and two uncles and one aunt, Richard Grandinetta and Michael and Jennifer Adamcek.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend graveside services which will be held on Saturday, July 24, 2010, at 10 a.m. at Calvary Cemetery in New Hartford. In lieu of flowers please consider donations to the March of Dimes.
Arrangements are with the Matt Funeral Home of Utica. |

I am so sorry for your loss and feel heart broken that I can't attend the service. You've traveled such a long journey only to have something like this happen and you deserve more. I can only hope everything goes smooth with Isabelle and that you get to fully enjoy the experience of parenthood. Stay well.

MIKE, MARYANN, KATHY AND RICH; YOU KNOW THAT MY HEART GOES OUT TO ALL OF YOU. AS FOR OUR ANGEL ABIGAIL GRACE, SHE WILL ALWAYS BE WITH US, IN OUR HEARTS, MINDS AND PRAYERS. GOD CALLED HER HOME, BECAUSE SHE WAS SO SPECIAL.

Please know that there is a multitude of friends who have been praying for you for a long time and are deeply sorry for your loss. We were so sad to hear that little Abigail passed back to God's hands after such a short time with her loving family.
She will be forever in my heart sharing part of the same name.
