Alan B. Fink, 67, passed away unexpectedly, with loving family by his side, Friday, June 17, 2022.
Alan was born in Hudson, NY, December 8, 1954, the son of the late Harold and Elise (Epstein) Fink. He was raised and educated in Pittsfield, MA. After forty-one years of employment at ConMed, Alan retired as Vice President of International Sales.
Alan was joined in marriage to Lori E. Petrone, November 12, 2000; and they have shared twenty-two loving years together.
An adventurous soul, Alan traveled extensively throughout his life, and had a passion for photography, tennis, skiing, biking, and hiking. Alan had no “Bucket List”; he lived each day to the fullest, and his passing leaves a deep void for his family and many friends.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Lori; three children, Jacob Fink and fiancé, Annie Pawlikowski, Aliza Fink, and Andrew Fink; sister, Beth Grossman; mother-in-law, Mary Lourdes Petrone; and many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and friends, and his former spouse, Risa Vullo.
Please join our family to celebrate Alan’s life and share memories of a life well lived. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his memorial gathering on Saturday, July 23rd, 2 to 4 p.m., at the Fort Schuyler Club, 254 Genesee St., in Utica, with a toast to celebrate Alan’s life at 3:30 p.m.
