Christine Ann Suppa

Christine Ann Suppa, 43, passed away at home, unexpectedly due to complications of diabetes, on Thursday, October 6, 2016. She was born in Utica on July 17, 1973, the daughter of Michael and Dianna (Capozzella) Suppa. Christine will be remembered as a kind and compassionate, mother, daughter, sister and aunt. Her needs were simple and her life revolved around the love of family and never material gain. She will be sadly missed by her beloved family, daughter, Shannon Cabrera; son, Kurt "Bub" Oxendine; parents, Michael and Dianna Suppa; sister, Constance Mandia; sister and brother-in-law, Sarah and Michael Piazza; brother, Freddie Suppa; her beloved nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, the many children she cared for as a day care provider; and her beloved dog, "Pop Pop". Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Mass of Christian Burial on Monday at 11 a.m. at St. Mary of Mt. Carmel/Blessed Sacrament Parish. The family will receive visitors following mass in the Salerno Room. As Christine would say,"Girl, Bye".
