Dolores M. Kiernan

Dolores M. Kiernan, 77, passed away at home, unexpectedly on Saturday, September 17, 2016. A loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, she will be sadly missed by her four children, Francine and Steven Barry, Kimberly and John Giruzzi, Sherry Kiernan, and Francis and Bonnie Kiernan; eight grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; the father of her children, Francis Kiernan; her brother, Joseph and Delores Sarcone; sister, Betty Long; her special canine companion and best friend "Maddie"; and a host of friends too numerous to mention. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of the Rosary Church on Burrstone Road. The family will greet visitors following the services. In memory of Dolores, please consider St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital. Envelopes will be available at the service.
