Douglas J. Brewer

Mr. Douglas J. Brewer, 63, passed away at home after a brief illness on Thursday, January 8, 2015. Doug was born in Utica on November 6, 1951, a son of the late Frederic J. Jr. and Rose Marie (Pento) Brewer. He was educated in local schools and a graduate of TR Proctor High School. He was currently working as the office manager at Beacon Body Shop for over ten years, where he will be sadly missed. Doug enjoyed his cars and loved his canine companions, "Diamond","Hugs" and "D". He is survived by his son, Isaiah Brewer; and host of friends too numerous to mention. His family will honor him privately and expressions of sympathy may be posted by clicking the link above.
