Kelly M McMullin

Ms. Kelly M. McMullin, passed away at home, after years of dealing with multiple illnesses, on Tuesday, September 8, 2020, at the age of 51.

Kelly was born on February 17, 1969, in Utica, a daughter of Donna Pugliese and the late Roger McMullin. Kelly originated from Utica, NY and moved to Oneida in 2008. She will be remembered as someone who loved to laugh, listen to music, cook for her children, all their friends and anyone else in the neighborhood who needed a good meal. Kelly was most proud of being a loving grandmother to her grandchildren. She has overcome many obstacles throughout her life and her time has come to be called home to God.

She is survived by her mother, Donna Pugliese; her three children, Blake Otero, Jase McMullin and Zoquoia McMullin; her grandchildren Zyana Spratt, Sophia McMullin, Jaylah McMullin, Jeada McMullin, Leighlani Spratt and Isaiha McMullin; two brothers, Kyle Kline and Ronald Moore; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She is predeceased by her father and grandparents.

Kelly’s family will have a visitation on Monday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Matt Funeral Home, 700 Rutger St., corner of Mohawk St., Utica. Prayers will be held at 6:30 p.m. to conclude visitation.   

The funeral home is operating at a limited capacity. CDC and NYS guidelines will be in effect with face masks, social distancing and attendance registry required for all attendees.
