Michael James Longo

Michael J. Longo, 51, passed away unexpectedly, due to cardiac complications, on Friday, July 16, 2021.

Michael was born in New Hartford, NY, May 19, 1970, the son of Joseph A. Longo Sr. and the late Sue (Allbright) Longo. He was raised in Deerfield and was a graduate of Whitesboro Central High School.

Mike was a longtime Water Technician for the County of Oneida. He loved watching football and was a die-hard Miami Dolphins fan.

He is survived by his dad, Joseph; sister, Stacy Gilberti; aunt, Carol “Yaya” Longo; and several beloved nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his mom, Sue; and his brother, Joseph A. Longo Jr. and sister-in-law, Kristin Palumbo Longo and brother–in-law, Chris Gilberti.

Mike’s family honored him in a private gathering and he was laid to rest with his mom at Crown Hill Memorial Park.
