Paul Joseph Reilly, 44, passed away, at Faxton-St. Luke’s Healthcare of the MVHS, April 6, 2023.
Paul was born in New Hartford, October 15, 1978, a son of Stephen and Minnie (Tanoory) Reilly. He was raised and educated locally and a graduate of T.R. Proctor High School in 1998. Paul worked at the Oneida County Building in the maintenance department for ten years. On September 6, 2008, he was joined in marriage to the former Brandi Torraco. Although Paul spent many years of his life dealing with chronic illness, he always made time for his family. Paul was a man of great faith. He enjoyed not only attending church services in person but also on his phone when he wasn’t feeling up to attending in person.
Paul is survived by his wife, Brandi; children, Samantha Weigel, Joseph Reilly, and Madison Reilly; parents, Stephen and Minnie Reilly; sister and brother-in-law, Tammy and Ken Love; sister-in-law, Bethanne Torraco; niece and nephew, Kimberly and John Intino; and very special friend, Joseph Timpano. He is predeceased by his father and mother-in-law, Joseph and Cynthia (Kiefer) Torraco; and uncle, Thomas Reilly.
Paul’s Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, April 19, at 10:00 a.m., at St. Mary of Mt. Carmel/Blessed Sacrament Parish. There will be no public visitation.
The family wishes to thank the Dialysis Center of Oneida for their consideration and care of Paul during his illness.
