Obituary

Stanley Alton Bell passed away peacefully on May 1, 2021, at his residence, after a brief illness.

Stanley was born in Brooklyn, NY, July 4, 1953, to the late Alexander and Henrietta (Leonard) Bell. He moved to Utica in 1989, and resided at Upstate Cerebral Palsy’s Edward Kilbane house.

He attended Upstate Cerebral Palsy’s Barneveld Day program from 1989, until his retirement in 2009. He liked to watch various television shows and movies, make arts and crafts, and listen to music.
